MapPlealey Methodist Church Plealey Chapel is in the centre of the village about 300 metres from the crossroads going towards Longden but bearing left into Well Lane.

Plealey Chapel was built in 1829 by Richard France as a Congregational Church. It became a Baptist Church for a short time then in 1851, a Wesleyan Methodist.. France and his family are buried alongside the Chapel.

Plealey Methodist Church

Plealey Methodist Church is a welcoming, friendly, though small congregation which worships in an attractive chapel and tries to promote its' presence by inviting local people to use its' facilities. The church is the only building in the village of Plealey which can be used as a meeting place
