St John's Hill Methodist Church meeting at St. Chad's

The congregation of St. John's Hill continues to meet in the Parish Church of St. Chad's where we are grateful for the opportunity to worship there every week, and very thankful for the fellowship we enjoy Sunday by Sunday, and the fellowship meetings throughout the week. Through the Guild and through the Friday Afternoon Ladies Fellowship we continue to enjoy exploring and celebrating our faith together, and through these meetings allied to a good Pastoral Visiting programme we provide real care and support to one another.

During 2008 the congregation will be looking at ways in which to develop its future witness and ministry, not least in order to fulfil its full and proper role within the life of the Methodist circuit and the ecumenical witness to the Town Centre.
